With a background in teaching, career and college counseling, my specialty is helping clients learn how to cope with school and career-related stressors. Additionally, as a writer, I offer clients an understanding into the creative life. My clinical experience in mental health has been focused on helping clients navigate the various transitions throughout the lifespan related to a variety of psychosocial stressors. Additionally, I am experienced in anxiety and mood management, teaching clients both how to become more aware of these symptoms and how to apply behavioral skills to these symptoms in an effective way.
