I often work with individuals that are experiencing PTSD or C-PTSD symptoms due to past trauma(s) that have impacted their day-to-day life. As a trauma survivor myself who has been on the other side of the therapy space - I know what it is like to do the hard work to heal. I am passionate about working with those experiencing dissociation, suicidal ideation, and anxiety + creating a brave space to name and overcome severe pain.
