I am an LGBTQIA+-affirming therapist who works with adults ages 18 to 85 to navigate trauma, life transitions, and the emergence of authentic desire for vibrant living. My goal is to collaborate with you to articulate your emotions, needs, and desires to discover meaningful ways to live in the world. My relational and process-oriented approach draws from attachment, feminist, narrative, and humanistic theories to help you redefine outdated concepts, deepen acceptance, and focus on what emotions are trying to teach you.
