I would like to help you to find clarity through reflection, and healing through connection. If you are looking to manage anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, or are in an adjustment period, I may be a good fit for you. I embrace the individual nature and unique strengths of each person, to witness or help guide them making a connection within, to be a person they feel safe with and proud of.
