Do you ever feel stuck in loops of doubt, “what if” thoughts, or a constant need to be certain yet no amount of reassurance ever feels like enough? OCD can be exhausting and isolating, especially when it starts to take over how you see yourself and make decisions. I am trained in I-CBT for OCD, a compassionate, evidence-based approach that helps individuals step out of fear-driven thinking and reconnect with their inner sense of trust and clarity. Rather than battling thoughts, we focus on understanding how OCD creates doubt and how to loosen its grip. I also support clients who are processing trauma or abuse, including emotionally painful or invalidating experiences that continue to impact how they see themselves and connect with others. In therapy, we explore how past experiences show up in the present, while focusing on practical ways to build confidence, emotional regulation, and healthier boundaries.
