I have a passion for helping young adults work through their problems in life while teaching them skills on how to self-regulate their emotional states. I believe that therapy is for everyone and that no single theory/treatment works for every single person. I use an eclectic approach, meaning that I employ various counseling theories depending on the unique needs of each client. I have experience working alongside clients with comorbid diagnoses such as schizophrenia spectrum, bipolar, and personality disorders, most with histories of trauma. However, I am also highly skilled at counseling those with anxiety and depression.
