Hello! I’m so glad you’re here. Whether your child is struggling with bullying, you’re a teen navigating the challenges of adolescence, or a young adult adjusting to life after high school, you don’t have to move through these transitions alone. I provide therapy for children, teens, and young adults experiencing OCD, anxiety, trauma, depression, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a deep respect for each person’s healing process. I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow and thrive! My role is to aid you with evidence-based tools and genuine understanding.
