We all need a place to explore ourselves and grow and heal. I will work with you to explore life's challenges and relationships and find insight. I like to combine practical strategies with deeper exploration to help you let go of that which does not serve to move forward. In practice for over 25 years, much of my approach has be based in Mindfulness and Jungian psychology with an interest in Buddhism, spirituality and fine arts. I have worked with many in business and academia on finding life direction and setting goals. I also have experience providing support through difficult transitions such as divorce and career change.
