If you’re feeling stressed, anxious, struggling in a relationship, or trying to navigate a time of uncertainty and change, you aren't alone. It’s easy to lose touch with what you really want when everyone around you has an opinion about the “right” path. I work with teens, adults and couples who are feeling stuck and ready to move forward, but aren’t sure how. Together, we’ll slow things down, dig into what’s really going on, and make space for clarity and growth. I also have sub-specialties in grief/loss and am passionate about supporting individuals and couples struggling with infertility and uncertainty around having children. Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly 20 years in the corporate world. I know how overwhelming the pressure to keep up and perform can be, especially when those we care most about are counting on us . When there’s no time to just “be”, it’s easy to lose touch with the messy, tender parts of ourselves —and with them, our deepest wants and needs.
