Hello! My name is Hannah and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I specialize in working with couples and families that are going through different transitional periods within relationships such as marriage, cohabitation, co-parenting, divorce and/or blending families. These adjustment periods require the need to strengthen connection, improve communication, and learn conflict resolution. My aim is to assist couples and families in constructing a healthy and strong relationship, while working collaboratively with my clients in building trust and understanding. Currently, I am accepting new clients! I enjoy working with couples, parents and families who are motivated to have a harmonious relationship. I find it is important for couples and families to explore their values, expectations, goals and needs together to develop a lasting positive relationship.
