As a Marriage and Family Therapy Associate with a MS in Marriage and Family Therapy, my ideal clients are individuals, couples, and families experiencing relational difficulties that impact their overall wellbeing. I believe that many personal challenges arise from the complex web of relationships we navigate daily, whether they involve partners, family members, colleagues, or friends. My work is grounded in systemic models, including EFT, which allows me to understand clients within the context of their relationships. I recognize that each client's issues are unique but often reflect broader systemic patterns. I approach each session with the mindset that we are co-captains in this therapeutic journey.
