I am passionate about collaborating with others in their healing journeys. As a Board Certified Art Therapist I utilize a holistic, mindfulness based, client-centered approach to work with children, adolescents, and adults to heal from anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, and loss. I specialize in early-childhood mental health (birth-8yrs) as well as perinatal/postpartum mental health, but support clients of all ages. I work in partnership with caregivers and young children to integrate and heal early trauma, attachment disruptions, and build secure relationships between caregiver and child.
