As we go through life, things can get complicated. It may cause you to feel anxious, depressed, or simply overwhelmed. Sometimes, you may not even be aware of exactly what you are feeling. Allow me the opportunity to help you process these life events and listen to your unique story. My goal is to give you a safe place to heal and untangle the mess life sometimes creates.
