About
I am the Clinical Director of Greenpoint Psychotherapy. If you are interested in working with one of our wonderful and qualified therapists, please reach out to our booking team. I, as well as many of our therapists, am passionate about therapy being a space for support with life transition, anti-racism work, gender and sexuality exploration, and fat liberation. I enjoy working with people along the spectrums of gender and sexuality, and with neurodivergent people, including those on the Autism Spectrum and with ADHD. I use an empathetic, collaborative, healing, and person-centered approach. I utilize a individually tailored blend of mindfulness, narrative, and parts work therapies, in addition to other modalities. My therapy is rooted in the understanding that no community is a monolith, but rather each person should be allowed to name, and claim, their own experience.
