I am passionate about providing a safe place for people to feel accepted, heard, and seen. I desire to walk alongside individuals on their journey to heal, grow, and become more of who they were made to be. I support clients in the process by providing tools, insight, and ways to process whatever unresolved stressors or patterns may be getting in the way of being where they want to be. I love using a mixture of techniques including talk and mind body modalities such as EMDR and Neuro Emotional Technique (NET). I am at Third Culture Kid (TCK) who grew up in Illinois and Brazil. I meet with clients in Colorado in person or video.
