We all go through difficult times and need some help navigating our way through. I am here to create an empathetic environment for you and your family to overcome challenges. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families from many different backgrounds and cultures. I pull from a variety of techniques and theories to provide tools and consultation to help you and your family to make meaningful changes. I draw from a Cognitive Behavioral therapeutic technique, and use Enneagram personality assessments to guide in self-discovery.
