I see people in a holistic view meaning, I believe we are made up of mind, body, heart, and soul. Each of those parts of us are impacting the other in some way and if one part is out of alignment, chances are, another part is too. Wherever you find yourself in life right now, whether that be in grief, confusion, change, anxiety, stress etc, I hope to meet you where you're at. My hope is to understand you and the place you find yourself and be a support towards getting alignment back and getting life where you want it to be.
