I understand the importance of having a safe place to express oneself without fear of being judged. I truly believe that it is never too late to learn new skills, and endeavor to encourage self-awareness and self-confidence for those who are struggling to accept or understand themselves. I am particularly passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals, and have specialized training working with ADHD and executive functioning challenges. I have worked with individuals across the lifespan and look forward to collaborating with you on developing a safe space in which to begin your journey towards growth and healing.
