I offer an empathic and person-centered approach for individuals looking to unlearn, relearn, and forge a more intentional life path. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are in your healing journey. I use mindfulness and integrative therapeutic practices to address feelings that may come up in session, specifically pulling from humanistic and psychodynamic schools of thought. I focus on mind-body integration and helping my clients stay present and grounded.
