Hi! I am a strengths based clinician that specializes in working with individuals in the adolescent (middle/high school), young adult, and adult stages of life. I work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and self-esteem/self-worth issues. I know finding a therapist can be an intimidating process. I prioritize creating a friendly and comfortable environment and developing a strong rapport with my client in order for them to feel secure and empowered in our sessions. I like to use humor and a laidback, flexible approach. Therapy shouldn't add extra stress to your life!
