I work with adults whose past experiences are interfering with their ability to feel grounded, safe, or connected in the present. You may have endured emotional, physical, or sexual abuse in childhood or adulthood. You might be unsure whether what you went through was abuse, but you struggle with chronic self-doubt, shame, emotional overwhelm, or persistent relationship difficulties. My work is primarily rooted in trauma treatment, where I help clients explore the ways their past experiences shaped their core beliefs—their schemas about who they are, how others relate to them, and how safe or dangerous the world feels.
