I support clients in their recovery from OCD, trauma, anxiety, and perfectionism. Through integrated use of client-centered therapy, EMDR, and exposure and response prevention (ERP), together, we can explore what a full and joyful life means to you. I operate from a feminist and social justice-oriented lens, while considering attachment and somatic regulation throughout. I identify as queer, and welcome LGBTQ+ clients.
