I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I’ve spent the last decade helping young people navigate some of the toughest parts of growing up. Starting therapy can feel intimidating—and just the fact that you’re here means you’re doing the hardest part: taking the first step. I hope to make this process feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more human. Therapy doesn’t have to be clinical or stiff—I aim to create a space where you feel truly understood and supported. I also work with a certified therapy dog named Fletcher, who’s fun-loving, and goofy, and helps make the work feel more comfortable and approachable from the start.
