I also specialize in supporting older adults, drawing from over 20 years of experience as a social worker working closely with this population. Older clients may face isolation, grief, or difficulties adapting to changes in family dynamics and lifestyle. I understand that taking the first step toward seeking help can feel overwhelming, especially in a new cultural environment where mental health care may carry stigma. I want my clients to know they are not alone—I am here to listen and walk alongside them.
