Oftentimes, there is that inner voice in our head that has become more of a critic instead of a friend. We have trained our minds to overthink, overanalyze, and overcomplicate daily situations. My name is Hara Wachholder and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida. I specialize in working with teens and adults looking to shift their perspective of themselves and the world around them. As an empath myself, my goal is to serve as a guide that will assist you in processing the past, improving the present and creating a more positive future for you and your loved ones. I view my work with clients as a collaborative, solution-focused approach. I've been working with teens and young adults for 12 years specializing in: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, angry/defiant behaviors, family/relationship conflict. For teens, I highly recommend individual and family therapy to improve communication, add healthy structure and support.
