At Harbor Relationships & Recovery we help couples navigate the impact of substance use on their relationships, rebuild trust, and improve communication. Our clients often struggle with conflict, emotional distance, or co-occurring mental health concerns and want practical tools to strengthen connection, support recovery, and create lasting change. Together, we work in a safe, trauma-informed, and holistic space to restore intimacy, safety, and partnership satisfaction. For couples we provide therapy to restore trust, repair communication, and navigate substance use challenges. For individuals, we offer support to overcome addiction and relationship struggles, fostering emotional healing and meaningful growth.
