I have served all populations throughout the years, from young children to elderly, with all different types of challenges. I am certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and utilize an eclectic approach in my therapeutic interventions. I believe each individual is the expert of themselves and their lives. My job is primarily to guide you, utilizing a collaborative manner, into finding a place where you no longer feel stuck and ultimately feel happier and more content in your life. I primarily specialize working with individuals having gone through trauma/grief via individual/family work. A traumatic experience/loss can be debilitating and extremely painful. My goal is to help you understand it and subsequently be able to overcome the distress and pain and reclaim your life through self healing.
