I provide trauma-informed, somatic, and experiential therapy, creating a safe and supportive space for healing and growth. I work with those that are struggling to get unstuck in their healing from pronounced trauma, PTSD, and C-PTSD in mind and body. Often, people come to me after years of talk therapy, unable to make any progress. I stay up-to-date on the latest research and insights of trauma-informed care.
