We live in Paradise but I realize at times even Paradise feels difficult. Looking for a therapist can be as challenging as the reasons we are seeking one. I approach therapy as a team, working together to find solutions, work through challenges, look at your strengths in an effort to bring some solace back into your life and get you living again, not just surviving. My style is primarily interactive, I work through the eyes of curiosity and I like to use humor and try to interject some fun into our therapy sessions, realizing how heavy it could be to work through your stuff. I view life as constant learning, and curiosity. We can work together and learn how to make life easier. I love working with young adults and adults through all stages of your life. I work a 60 minute hour. Most recently I have added Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy to my practice, working with Journey Clinical.
