Welcome to DrJ’s neighborhood! I have something you want, knowledge, experience, and mad skills. I work fast because life is short. Eighty years goes by pretty quick, so let’s get on board and make some needed change to improve the quality of your life. Whatever it is that is bothering you, together we will identify, strategize and implement a plan to negotiate the obstacle. We can do this through this cool eclectic model I use. It has a little CBT, some Existential principles and Brief Therapy in the recipe and let me tell you, it works! Plus, it’s way more fun when you have someone you trust to share it with.
