About

My counseling style is person-centered. I work with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and relationship difficulties. I also work with parents and caregivers of transgender/gender-diverse kids/adults. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for my clients to talk about their thoughts and feelings. I believe the relationship between myself and my clients is the key to a successful counseling experience.
