My work is trauma-focused and integrative, blending evidence-based practices with a compassionate, holistic lens. I support adolescents and adults navigating trauma, neurodiversity, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I also work affirmatively with LGBTQ+ clients and those who wish to include spirituality as part of their healing process. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and valued for who you are. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back and move toward greater balance, clarity, and self-connection.
