Accepting New Chicagoland Clients! Telehealth Only - I believe that all humans possess a drive to be the very best that they can be, but it is not easy being human. We are so often faced with stressors that make us question our abilities and leave us feeling confused on what to do next. I enjoy helping my clients to better understand themselves and access their full potential when these stressors arise. My areas of expertise include intimacy, interpersonal and marital relationships, anxiety, life transitions, and women’s issues. I work with individuals and couples from all walks of life. I am LGBTQ-allied & non-monogamy allied. My therapeutic approach is one that encompasses warmth, friendliness, a sense of humor, and directness. A client should enjoy their time in therapy and look forward to coming, while also being challenged to be their very best. I feel comfortable tailoring my approach to each individual client based on what works best for them.
