Hey there, I'm an associate-licensed psychotherapist, and I am passionate about the work I do. I've worked in mental health for a combined 7 years, starting out as a behavioral technician and spending almost 3 years as a psychotherapist. I have been honored to work with anxiety-based concerns, OCD, depression, men's issues, grief, addiction, neurodiverse functions, and life transitions. I take great interest in working with trauma, and have found the most success in this domain. I currently have a waitlist, but don't hesitate to reach out, as I tend to do brief consults and refer patients to my colleagues who can be of great help. View 4 Photos My therapy approach is a framework of cognitive-behavioral, strength-based, and acceptance approaches with my clients. For more specific treatments, I conduct Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) treatment for OCD, EMDR & unified treatment protocols for trauma. More importantly, I hope to stand with you in a totally non-judgmental, curious, and empathic space.
