Hello, we're so happy you're here! Haven Mental Health is a small group practice located in downtown Ypsilanti, just minutes from EMU's campus. Between the 5 of us, we see clients of all ages, with a multitude of backgrounds and needs. Beginning therapy can be a scary and intimidating process, but we are here to make the journey as smooth and successful as possible. Our specialties include coping skills for managing depression and anxiety/panic disorders, ADHD/autism, adjusting to changes, eating disorders/unhealthy relationships with food, relationship conflicts, and stress management, as well as holding space for clients as they process trauma and grief from the past and grow into their true selves.
