Achieving your goals may look like: using effective coping skills when in distress, overcoming grief and pain, having healthier relationships and healing your “inner child”. As a client, you can expect to better balance your relationships (with Self and others). As a minority identifying therapist & child of immigrants, my lived experiences help me connect with my clients on a deeper level. You are deserving of validation, empowerment & empathy. I enjoy working with college students, professionals, adoptees, generational trailblazers, BIPOC, AMEMSA, AAPI, marginalized groups, first generation & immigrant individuals. My goal is to help you overcome and heal from trauma & other struggles. My specialty training is complex & developmental trauma. We'll work collaboratively to meet your goals.
