I am passionate about healing attachment and relational issues within couples and families as well as working with individuals seeking both relief and personal growth from their suffering. My approach is highly collaborative with goals of improving insight and awareness of self-defeating patterns to allow for meaningful shifts in how clients relate to others, behave in the world and feel about themselves. I specialize in treating eating disorders as a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist as well as complex trauma and relationship issues. I also treat anxiety, depression, dissociative disorders, transitions and difficulties coping.
