I'm so glad you're here! I have worked with many populations, backgrounds, and issues. I work mainly with teens and adults. Issues include addictions, trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, adverse childhood experiences, and other life transition struggles. You may be navigating motherhood, major life changes, recovery, feeling overwhelmed, sad or anxious all the time, or career uncertainty and wondering why things that seem manageable for others feel so heavy for you. More than anything, you want to find joy in life again and the confidence in yourself that you once had. I will help you identify and reach your goals.
