Life is a journey, but we know that all journeys come with a few bumps along the way. My goal in therapy is to support my clients in whatever stage of their journey they might find themselves-the mountaintop, valley low, or "rock bottom." I work with all populations, including children beginning at 8 years of age, adolescents, and adults. My approach to counseling is integrative and incorporates person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and strengths-based therapy, with a focus on empowering clients to identify their unique strengths, personal values, and life goals.
