Hello, my name is Hayley, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have been a therapist for over 8 years and have practiced in the mental health field for 9 years. My goal as your therapist is to provide a non-judgmental, empathetic space where you feel comfortable, heard, and understood. Life is unpredictable, meaning you don't always know how to handle situations, which can hinder your ability to function. I focus on helping clients identify where they are struggling and how to best cope and process these issues through the use of various clinical techniques. During our first session, we will get to know one another and discuss why you have reached out for therapy. I will ask you many questions about yourself; you are also free to ask me questions. The most important thing clients can take away from a session is feeling that we are a good therapeutic fit.
