I consider myself a holistic practitioner who treats the whole person; I specialize in helping you to reach your relationship, work, and life goals utilizing traditional and self-created interventions, including DBT, EMDR, and Guided Imagery, to foster you in becoming your highest potential. My goal is to bring you to a new state of awareness that is gratifying, courageous, and spontaneous. I often use guided imagery and EMDR together to access trauma stored within the subconscious; this allows us to have "Inner Access" to your innate sense of healing and wellness.
