I work with eldest daughters, cycle-breakers, people-pleasers, and high-functioning women who carry family trauma quietly while showing up for everyone else. If you grew up managing emotions that weren’t yours, shrinking your needs to keep the peace, or feeling like rest had to be earned, you’re not alone, and we can figure it out together. We’ll work on unlearning survival mode, reconnecting with yourself, and building a life that feels steady, soft, and genuinely yours.
