Whether you are starting therapy or returning, I hope to make your experience a positive one. My approach to therapy is to use many different disciplines. I use empathic and active listening to truly hear my clients. One of my biggest goals is to create a positive therapeutic environment to help clients recognize their goals and achieve them with time. I believe it is important to meet clients where they are and then go from there toward a path of processing and healing. I have had success through creating empathetic connections and being dedicated to my clients. I am a LICSW who has worked with children, adolescents, teens and adults since 2021. Before opening a private practice, I worked at a community mental health center where I worked with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, life adjustments, trauma, OCD, ADHD, anger issues, low self-esteem, mood disorders, relationship challenges, financial stress etc.
