Heal As You Grow is a group practice who strives to be a collaborative therapeutic environment welcoming all who come. Although every clinician has their own unique style, as a whole we provide a safe place for clients to be heard, accepted, and supported in this journey towards healing and growth. We approach therapy in a collaborative way, rooted deeply in Systems & Attachment theories while leaving room for one's innate ability to heal & be nurtured the way that is best for them. Our variety of evidenced based models, body-based therapies and trauma informed care techniques will help assist individuals and families to heal as they grow.
