Life as we know presents us with many challenges, and some are often difficult to navigate through alone. I have a special interest working with adults and adolescents who are struggling particularly with anger, anxiety, depression and/or self esteem issues. I believe in exploring unhelpful thoughts, beliefs and patterns that continue to promote unpleasant feelings and self sabotage. I can assist you with developing positive self care; increased insight, healthy boundaries, better communication and strategies to manage stress better.
