I graduated with my Masters Degree from Fordham University in New York. I have experience providing therapy to children, teens, adults, families, and married couples. I have worked with teens and adults struggling with substance abuse, children who have migrated to the United States, and persons dealing with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and trauma of various forms. Methods I use are Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Prayer and scripture is welcome at clients request.
