I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with more than 12 years of clinical experience, I specialize in helping clients heal from trauma, manage anxiety, and overcome substance use challenges. I have worked extensively with children, parents, couples, and families, supporting them through life transitions, relationship difficulties, and emotional distress. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), experiential, and solution-focused models.
