I come from a community mental health background. Therefore I have worked with many situations and people. I have also spent the last couple of years working in helping people who are in crisis resolve their problems and restore their hope. Often helping them to identify their strengths. I have worked with adolescents struggling with life events and self harming behaviors. Couples counseling, geriatric counseling, and a great deal with trauma and past abuse.
