Welcome to Healing Pointes, PLC! My name is Lea Martinico, LMSW, and I’m thrilled that you are taking your first step toward your mental wellness. I am a fully licensed Masters level social worker with over 15 years of experience with ages ranging from teens to older adults. I would love to explore ways to find the best version of you via the evidence based practice of Cognitve Behavioral Therapy (CBT) CBT is a therapy method in which we become more mindful of how our thoughts, moods and behaviors are all related and how they impact one another.
