Healing Tide Therapy draws from many backgrounds and theories. We can support you in many different ways, including managing mental health and substance use disorder symptoms, meeting DEEP requirements, battling urges and cravings, learning interpersonal effectiveness skills or finding your way when you are struggling to manage everyday life. Even if you just need an objective ear to listen, We can be a there. We have experience with treating substance use disorders, family issues including general discord, divorce & child custody issues, and mental health, as well as supporting people struggling with homelessness and economic crises. We practice an eclectic style of therapies, including person-centered, solution focused, MI, CBT, and other modalities as well.
